		abstract={PT. Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk (PT. SMART Tbk) are one of leading company in palm oil manufacturing. The company in improving its productivity requires a system in making effective and efficient decisions. Because the system greatly affects the rate and accuracy of project work even more affect the company performances in the midst of global competition. This thesis discusses Decision Support System to determine the best vendor from procurement process done by company. The methods used is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Performance of Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The integration of AHP and TOPSIS methods is used because AHP has advantages in pairwise comparison matrices and consistency test analysis and the ability of the method to simplify irregular issues. While TOPSIS was chosen because its not only calculated the shortest distance from the ideal positive solution but also calculated the longest distance from the ideal negative solution.}
