By identifying the type and amount of gas concentration dissolved in oil can provide information that there is an indication of failure in the transformer. This research will discuss the method of DGA (Dissolved Gas Analysis) which is used as a treatment for transformer oil by using two methods of the Total Combustible Gas method and the Key Gas method to analyze the use of oil transformers. The results obtained are the transformer is still in normal conditions, the action that can be done is to improve testing / diagnosis of the transformer. In the transformer that was tested was in one condition or in normal conditions using a flammable gas analyzer detected as much as 297 ppm of gas. By using the key gas, the results show that there are two dominant gases in the transformer namely ethane gas of 35,690% and carbon monoxide gas of 36,700%. this indicates heating of the insulating oil at a temperature of 300-500?C and overheating of cellulose paper. In addition to testing the gas content in oil, a breakdown voltage test is also carried out to determine the extent of the oil's ability to withstand stress stress, a satisfactory result is obtained, with an average value of 62.4 kV and based on the provisions of the standard value for voltage testing is above 50 kV.} }
