One of the most significant problems arising from the TPA Rawa Kucing is environmental pollution caused by increasing waste production as one of the impacts of population growth without good waste treatment. On the other hand, the development of times offers technology that has the potential to overcome the problems of electricity and waste problems, namely the use of waste as a Waste Power Plant (PLTSa) by utilizing methane gas contained in landfills. The purpose of this study is to examine the potential of methane gas and the potential of electrical energy that can be generated from landfill at the TPA Rawa Kucing. Methods of data collection were carried out namely literature studies, observations, and interviews. Based on the results of data analysis, the Rawa Kucing Tangerang landfill in 2019-2028 produced an average organic waste of 194,143 tons and had an average production of methane gas of 63,999,439 m3 and an estimate of 34 MW of electricity that could be generated up to 2028 . Based on the economic analysis of the Rawa Kucing Tangerang landfill it is feasible to become a place for Waste Power Plant (PLTSa) with a prediction parameter of Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp 82.272.163.083,- (NPV>0), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 13,455% (IRR>0), dan Payback Periode for 8,67 Year (PP
