		abstract={Civil construction on peat soil basically not profitable because peat soil has a low bearing capacity. These conditions have an impact on Bedudipa road construction, where its existence had to cut peat. In some streets a very concern condition due to landslide the surface and vanish. To resolve the conditions required an improvement of subgrade construction appropriate to the area is by using a stake method that has been used previously on some construction on soft soil either peat or other. In this paper will discuss the analysis of damage and repair plan for subgrade reinforcement.}
