This condition of SF6 gas isolation will be related to the overall level of performance of GIS. The level of performance of GIS can be determined using the condition assessment method. Condition assessment itself can be divided into two main parts. The first part is risk identification. In this case, the failure form and the parameters of the SF6 gas are involved, then gas parameters are determined to be more influential in causing the failure. The second part is the diagnostic monitoring technique which is a way to find out and measure the parameters of SF6 gas in the GIS examined. The gas parameters include pressure, purity, dew point, SF6 decomposition product, ambient temperature and partial discharge activity. Then the results of identifying risks and monitoring diagnoses based on thermovision will also be combined to determine the final condition of GIS.} }
