This study discusses the effects of partial discharge SKTM 20 kV in the substation segment KN 4 to T 274 on Ramping feeder. In the study conducted assessment defective cable that has a cavity or void that can cause partial discharge events. Assessment cable using the tool Oscillating Wave Test System (OWTS) which in the yield mapping PD testing, partial discharge measurement results, as well as the cable length and the number of jointing. From the results of partial discharge measurement at the time of the condition before the repair cable partial discharge values obtained in phase R (L1) of 5699 pC, phase S (L2) 11803 pC, phase (L3) 7476 pC, where as after repair value of partial discharge in phase R (L1) of 176 pC, phase S (L2) 233 pC, phase T (L3) 169 pC, after do the repair wiring it can be concluded the increase of cable or health condition index that initially has a value of 6 points with a very bad status into points 4 with the alert status as seen from multiplayer sum frequency. With increasing cable conditions can maintain the reliability of the distribution of electrical power distribution systems, especially on cable lines 20 kV medium voltage considering recommendations that have been scheduled maintenance.} }
