		abstract={Indonesia is located in area with a high level of earthquake activity, it is as a result of the confluence of three major tectonic plates of the world, project-Development of Lorin Sentul Hotel is a development project. This project is a new building consisting of 11 floors and 1 basement floor  with total height from basement floor to 11 floors is 46.5 m. In this study the literature related to the problem of earthquake resistant buildings are reviewed in three dimensions, and then analyzes the structure of the program is done with the help of SAP in 2000 vs.14. The output of the forces (moments, shear force and normal force) is then performed manually based planning planning standard SNI 03-2847-2002. A solid structure and powerful but also efficient planning requires a good structure to use planning regulations.}
