The frequency determines the electric power system to maintain a stable frequency when there is a significant imbalance between the generator and the load. The interbus line is disconnected and some power plants are not operating, causes the system to lack power supply so that frequency decreases which can result in blackout. Returning the frequency value to the allowable value can be achieved with a load shedding scheme using the Under Frequency Relay (UFR), with software of DIgSILENT 15.1.7. At the end of this project, the simulation of load release in the 150 kV Cilegon subsystem from 7 stages with a working range under the Frequency Relay (UFR) between 49.0 Hz to 48.4 Hz with all results at any time of 0.1 Hz. From the simulation, the best conditions in the afternoon scenario when releasing a load of 30.34% with a steady state frequency of 49.933 Hz and a night scenario when removing a load of 28.85% with a steady state frequency of 49.847 Hz.} }
