		abstract={The contruction steel has several characteristics, they are being able to stand pulling and pressure, having better elasticity and density, being able to be welded and can easily be formed. We can do pulling test to know the characteristics of steel, in this test we need modification by giving a variety of hole diameter to the steel plate.Through this test, we are able to understand a set of mechanic characteristics of material specially the pull power of steel, so we can see the more and less of each holes varieties of steel plate. The force load which is pulled from two fuses. The research uses laboratory experimental method, It is a research which tries to search for the influence of certain factor to the other one. (under firmly controlled condition) and it can be done in a laboratory by a set of sistematically activity untill getting ideal data (can be analized). After having been tested in the laboratory, we have got data to resistance for plate which can have been holed to have a change, when it is compared with the plate which has no hole.specially the strength and tension pull will be zero, in other words there is no melted tension and strength. Even they (strength and tension pull), when we decrease the diameter with holes, it will have less power.}
