If a power outage happened, the electricity that has been produced by the power plant cannot be served. The time needed to complete a job will also affect the amount of energy that cannot be served, resulted in companies and consumers suffering huge losses if outages occur frequently enough and for a long time, so we need a way to reduce the amount of energy that cannot be served. The method used is a quantitative method in which researchers take data outages every month in 2017 and 2018. The data collection was carried out for 7 days, noting the duration and ENS at the time of the outages in 2017 and 2018. UP2D Sumatera Barat functions as a regulator as well as a storage of data outages including ENS data and duration of outages. The calculation results show that the amount of energy that is not served during 2017 is equal to 13,627 kWH. The total duration of outages during 2017 reached 53 Hours and 47 Minutes, from the results of calculations, PT.PLN (Persero) experienced losses due to outage in Koto Rajo feeder is equal to Rp. 19.994.624.} }
