This research was designed to create an expert system capable of diagnosing diseases in chili plants based on the knowledge provided directly from experts / experts. In this study consisted of 26 symptom data, 7 chili disease data and 20 rule data. This Expert System can be made after going through the stages, namely problem analysis, Needs Analysis, User Analysis, Running System Analysis, Data Need Analysis, and Analysis of Data collection, then system design with flowcharts, database design, and interface design. This application is made with codular tools, with MySQL databases and PHP Myadmin. The test results show functional testing using the Black Box Testing method to get the results as expected in the test scenario in each test class.} }
