PT.Wijaya Karya is state-owned enterprises (SOEs) are engaged in konstruksi .Dalam order to achieve their needs, especially the Department of Industrial Plant has its own policy in terms of recruitment of prospective employees based on the selection criteria to be considered to get quality human resources, long-term, teristem selection process and the selection process is not time consuming. In this study, a decision support system of selection of candidates resumes quickly contract. Where this application will be used by potential new employees and employees of the Department of Industrial Works Plant PT.Wijaya Karya division of Human Capital Department. This application uses the Simple Additive weighting method (SAW) which has the advantage in the ability to perform more precise and rapid assessment based criteria and weighting preference value has been specified. SAW calculation results will provide a ranking that would help the Human Capital Department in comparing the results of the value of each prospective employee. Data collection was conducted through interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The study says that this application can be used as a tool in making decisions for the selection of new candidates résumés.
