		abstract={E-procurement is a system that is used for the auction of goods and services between companies and suppliers. Currently, the registration process for bidders who want to follow the auction is still done manually, which must come directly to the PT. Krakatau Wajatama to get information about the auction should also be viewed directly on the bulletin board, as well as inserting the document. Supplier selection was also still manual. To obtain the right suppliers in the procurement process should be conducted several assessment criteria owned by the supplier. This research aims to design e-procurement information system by using TOPSIS method as its decision support system. Results of this research is the design of information systems that have the facilities to manage the auction data, to get the winner of the auction. Obtained conclusion is that with e-procurement system, in addition to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement process, is also able to reduce cheating that occurred during the tender process.}
