Therefore PT PLN is adding new feeders aimed at improving the quality and reliability of the distribution system. But no matter how good a system is, interference can not be avoided at all. Such as short-circuit fault currents that can cause large currents that can damage the equipment in the distribution system such as the power transformer, Current Transformer (CT) and so forth. Current Transformer (CT) is an instrument transformer used in electric power protection systems by providing feedback signals to the relay. In abnormal conditions / disturbance, the fault current flowing becomes several times larger than the rated current. So that CT must be careful in reading the current that will be sent to the protection relay, in other words the saturation level of CT for protection must be high. This paper discusses the evaluation of saturation of Current Transformer (CT) on a new feeder for transformer 4 of the Ciawi substation. The results, for example, in the Melon Feeder with a ratio of 800/5 A by comparing the VK value of the test results in phase R of 129.13 Volts with the value of VS calculation results of 61.70 Volts. From these results it can be seen the value of VK > VS which means that CT installed on the Melon Feeder still meets the needs and so is the other new feeders namely Durian, Delima, MNC 1, MNC 2, and MNC 3 feeders.} }
