		abstract={Electrical current is very much needed. Increase the need for electric energy makes PT. PLN (PERSERO) UP3 Kramat Jati has innovated. Such innovation is to create a Public Electricity Providers stations or SPLU. SPLU useful to channel the flow of electricity in public places. SPLU used in electric vehicles or used in public places, such as garden lights, street lights, and other pergedungan. This tool discusses the sale of energy released by the kWh meter during use SPLU. This meter kWh kWh using prepaid meters. From the years 2016 - 2018 resulted in a percentage value on different customers. The results obtained can be increased from every year. Percentage value of energy sold on the social customer in 2016 showed the value of 2.89%, in 2017 showed the value of 3.28%, and in 2018 showed the value of 3, 38%. During the energy sold, obtained also the percentage increase in sales of the kWh meter.}
