		abstract={The increasing demand for electricity in public places caused by the increasing number of street vendors who use electricity and technological developments that use electricity sources encourages PT PLN (Persero) to make
electricity transaction equipment capable of serving electricity needs in public places such as roads, parks, the field and others to increase electricity sales. The
electric transaction tool is called a public electricity provider station (SPLU), so this final assignment was made to show the effect of SPLU on energy sold at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Bintaro. As a result, in 2016 SPLU could increase energy
sold by 0.13%, in 2017 SPLU could increase energy sold by 0.26%, and in 2018 SPLU could increase energy sold by 0.41%. The effect of the increase in energy sold from SPLU on the total increase in energy sold in 2016 to 2017 amounted to
2.56% and in 2017 to 2018 the increase in energy sold from SPLU affected the increase in energy sold by 3.64%.}
