		abstract={Smartphone usage in Indonesia is very much and there are many of emerging applications that allow users to perform daily activities. The user needs to obtain the ease of mobility and efficiency in electronic devices has been demanded the development of a new connection method is more practical. Wireless Connection which uses frequencies around 2300 MHz is one solution. A new application that uses the Wi-Fi connection on the Smartphone device using Eclipse. With the Eclipse-based Java allows devices to integrate into the Android environment. This application is made by using the prototype method who is one method of life cycle system based on the concept model of work (working model). The goal is to develop a model into a final system. Developer system (system developer), clients, and users can view and experiment with parts of the computer system from the beginning of the development process. With an open prototype, the model of a system (or parts thereof) developed quickly and polished in  discussion many times with clients. In this final project created an application that can be developed in the direction of the remote desktop Remote Device is based on Android. With this device remote application, the user can easily remotely using android smartphone on a laptop or personal computer without having to use the mouse while working on a presentation or other tasks.}
