		abstract={PT PLN PERSERO Udiklat Bogor have programs to educate and provide knowledge to participants of the training, to realize the employees who Excel in knowledge and technology required professional training instructors. Therefore conducted an assessment for the determination of training instructors with assessment factors which consists of the preparation of the material (C1) with weights 35%, the study (C2) with weights 25%, evaluation (C3) with weights 25%, and teaching techniques with weights 15%. For the effectiveness evaluation and quality development section in the determination of training instructor, then an appropriate decision-making is indispensable. Therefore a single software that can take a decision to determine training instructor. This software is built with a decision support system for calculating training instructor determination method using SAW (Simple Additive Weighted) and WP method (Weighting Product) so that it can speed up the determination of the instructor training. With the application of the determination of this training instructors have overcome the problems in the determination of an instructor and calculation using methods saw (simple additive weighting and a method of the taxpayer)  weighted product more accurately than hand calculating}
