The ion exchanger is a reversible chemical process between the liquid and the solid. Ion exchangers use resin as a catch for impurity ions which are then regenerated after the resin becomes saturated. The standard of conductivity value of the demineralization plant product is <1?S. If the water conductivity is> 1?S then the Demineralization plant must be regenerated, so that the conductivity of the water is <1?S. In the regeneration process of the Demineralization Plant using chemical substances namely HCl (hydrochloric acid) and NaOH (Sodium Hydroxide). After the Regen process on Demineralization plant, the value of water conductivity was 0.089?S. The result is that if the conductivity of the water used for the cooling system> 1?S, it will cause corrosion in the equipment contained in the plant.} }
