If the medium voltage is directly distributed to consumers, there will be damage to household appliances that only require a voltage of 220 Volts. Tap changer is the main tool of a transformer which functions to get an effective ratio by reducing or increasing the number of primary or secondary winding. The used method is a quantitative method where the researcher takes the measurement of voltage and load data on the distribution transformer. Tap changer is changed from position 3 to position4 to make the voltage at the edges of the conductors can improve the quality of the low voltage network. With increasing transformer tap changer, automatically the transformer secondary voltage will be increasing. The secondary voltage of the R-S phase from 380 volts to 400 volts, so the increase is 5%. Before the Tap changer transformer is lowered and measured the end customer voltage at the B eastward line was 188 Volts, and the end customer voltage at the C northward line was 206 Volts. After the tap changer change activities is carried out,then the end customer voltage value at B eastward line is having a voltage increase of 198 Volts, and the end customer voltage at the C northward line has increased by 217 Volts.} }
