		abstract={STT-PLN has extensive alumni spread all over Indonesia. On Campus STT PLN Jakarta alumni data processing system to improve the quality of graduates STT better PLN is a necessity that can not be postponed again. The human ability to complete the work more complicated and very limited. On Campus STT-PLN Jakarta there are difficulties in getting information about the data alumni, whereas if followed up by looking at the state of the other campuses, especially in the Tracer Study Alumni, Campus STT PLN lagging behind. Thus the need to make an application Measuring Satisfaction Alumni STT-PLN with  Method OLAP (Online Analytical Processing) in order to Improve Quality of Graduates STT-PLN. Tracer Study STT-PLN is built on web technologies. This system aims to improve the collective data and provide information, in the form of a report to a standard format prepared by the STT-PLN. This research resulted in a System program that will help alumni and user satisfaction data collection Tracer Study STT-PLN. Tracer Study Information Systems STT-PLN has a feature to display the reports that make the alumni information and user satisfaction data to be easily obtained. Where the application of this tracer study can facilitate alumni data processing as well as facilitate and assist the campus as a reference or benchmark level of success in academic, non-academic, facility as well as the relationship between alumni and campus, the system is also equipped with alumni of the search to track whether graduates have participate in the activities of tracer study.}
