		abstract={To facilitate the management of disaster information and news on BPBD Tangerang Selatan, needed a software that can be accessed by smatphone. So it takes the application of spatial data in the form of point coordinates and direction by utilizing Google Map in providing disaster information is represented in digital maps. At BPBD Tangerang Selatan also need the privileges for village officers in managing information, so that after the disaster, an officer will be send information to the system using android based application which then can immediately manage disaster information. Based on the results of the analysis of the problems that have been done before, it can be designed a software to perform data analysis using
software paradigm eXtreme Programming (XP). Based on the results of the writing can be concluded that, has managed to
create spatial data application that can assist officers in data processing disaster point and can display the information needed by the society}
