		abstract={Currently electricity is an important requirement to support the various interests of society, especially for daily pusrposes, to reach this need to increase the quality and quantity of electricity supply in order to guarantee customer satisfaction and customer trust on PT PLN (Persero). It includes the network service of one of the reliable distribution networks that is medium voltage cable channel (SKTM).
SKTM distribution network has been widely used especially for urban areas and certain areas with high population density and to prioritize aesthetic value, so it is necessary special handling the disruption at SKTM case. Because the position of the cable under the ground, we need the equipments that support it. So the disruption easily repaired well and quickly, in order to especially on the installation of cable termination under the ground if there is the disruption.
To reduce the disruption at the installation of termination carefully in working, so it is starting from the opening of the cable until the installation and its use.}
