So we need a system that can keep the gas H2 in the generator room is not in contact with the outside air. The system is a seal oil system, one of the parts that often experience interference is the motor seal oil pump. The problem that occurs is there is damage to the motor bearings that cause high vibration due to lifetime bearing. Troubleshooting done is doing corrective maintenance that is replacement bearing. Maintenance of motor vibration at part M1H 5.15 mm / s become 2.45 mm / s, on the M1V 4.40 mm / s to 1.70 mm / s, on the M1A 9.90 mm / s to 2.22 mm / s, at the M2H 4.44 mm / s To 2.21 mm / s, on the M2V section of 7.14 mm / s to 1.21 mm / s, on the M2A part 11.56 mm / s to 2.11 mm / s. Maintenance of motor temperature before repair on the bearing side 51.4 ºC to 49 º C and on the winding side 59,6 º C to 55 º C. The results of these maintenance, has been fulfilled on the motor current, vibration and temperature so that the motor is feasible to operate.} }
