		abstract={In order to fulfill electrics power need there is a divided load that in the first time is carrying the same load but because not at the same time of activating the power that carrying the loads so, it will make imbalance load that affect to electrics resources, a connection that imbalance on fase R, S and T also is a factor that impact that imbalance. Imbalance of load is a factor that make losses technically which make ?PLN? lossy in many sector. Losses happen because a neutral flow. A bigger/higher neutral flow at daylight is IN = 261 A, and PN = 0,476 kW also at night IN = 280 A, dan PN = 0,548 kW on neutral transformator carrier. So to make a stable and continues to consumen so, that problem must be solved.}
