		abstract={To improve the accreditation of a college need for self-evaluation . Self evaluation is a college study program attempts to find a picture of the performance and the state itself through assessment and analysis conducted by the college study program itself , in terms of strengths, weaknesses , opportunities, challenges , obstacles , even threats . This evaluation quantitative assessment contained in a special accreditation forms . So far , in the STT - PLN themselves to Form evaluation study using a software program manual ( Microsoft Excel ) where the user must enter the formula by hand and enter the numbers ( scores ) one by one into the accreditation forms and result in less than the maximum work ( effectively and efficiently ) . So far needed an application to facilitate the accreditation forms that fill with EDPS web-based, using the programming language PHP and My SQL database and converted in the Self Evaluation Program Application Study The Web based.
