		abstract={Given the increase in electricity energy needs along with advances in technology, electricity is needed to share needs both in the household and the industrial world. With that, a reliable identity system is needed. The electrical system will not escape interference from inside the system and outside the
system, from the generation process to the user process. Some actions that can be done to overcome the disturbances that occur. Interference - the disturbance that occurs affects the distribution of electricity directly to the customer. When
an interruption occurs, electricity is discharged to the customer. So to reduce blackouts to consumers, several distribution networks equipped with SCDA facilities are absolutely necessary to reduce the number of SAIDI and SAIFI per year.
