		abstract={The difficulty of Informatics Engineering Students in STT-PLN is learning RSA Cryptography which is in process factoring the prime numbers to find the Public Key and Private Key. Besides, in Security System of Computer course just talking about Cryptography. But, there is the development of Cryptography and more secure than Cryptography in protecting the messages, the named is Steganography. Steganography has not been discussed before in Security System of Computer course. Therefore, it?s to be needed the learning media which is discussed about Cryptography RSA and Introduction of Steganography especially with DCT?s method that used in this research. This research based Multimedia methods. This study begin with Concept, Design, Collecting Material, Assembly the learning media, and Testing with ISO 9126- 1. The testing involve Students which is doing test run the Learning Media RSA Cryptography and DCT Steganography. Besides The Learning Media, this research is also creating The Application from RSA Cryptography and Steganography DCT. The result from this application will be implemented in Watermarking}
