In the initial planning of overpass it had three spans, there are 16 meters, 40 meters, and 16 meters. And then a new redesigned to be a span by considering long enough span length, it was 45 meters. This design begin with collecting the technical data of this design that needed such as the length of the span, the width of the road and the class of the road. The basic design calculation referred to SNI 1725: 2016, RSNI 2833: 201X, and SNI 2847: 2013. Analysed loads were own dead load, an additional dead load, traffic load and environmental load. A computer program was used to facilitate an analysis of PCI girder structure. And then from the results of the analysis, loss of prestressing force could be calculated, stress control occurred in the structure and deflection control structure. The results of this redesign were obtained the shape and dimension of a long-span girder PCI which were able to restrain work load on the bridge in order to get a safe structure. This girder design consisted of 4 tendons, each of which consisted of 19 strands, the maximum of compressive stress occurring was 25.37 MPa, the maximum of tensile stress was 0.51 MPa and the maximum of deflection was 134.458 mm} }
