		abstract={Community needed to vehicle safety especially the safety of motorcycle are big enough. It happens because motorcycle safety is one of main component that is very useful stay away from robbing.
Nowadays, the safety of motorcycle still less secure. It can proved by the report of motorcycle robbing which more increase year by year. Because of the reason, the writer want to create additional safety system on motorcycle that is used RIFD system and Sms Gateway. In this design writer used prototype method. Prototype is a software development is that are widely used. it useful to reduce motorcycle robbing action. The system which create use RIFD will detect a card with special id. The result of tool trial showed that motorcycle can be accessed when RIFD tag put closer to RIFD reader which has list in microcontroller. If it has not been on the list so the buzzer will caw and short message (SMS) will be sent to motorcycle owner automatically. The using of RIFD system as motorcycle safety has been used widely.}
