		abstract={Fuel oil is a commodity that holds great importance in all economic activities especially as fuel in motor chicles. Transaction monitoring system oil fuel sales at gas stations being the main thing in conducting transactions.

So the writers want to do development of monitoring system using PHP programming and visual basic .net . In the design of this system the author uses the method waterfall.
