		abstract={Current use of electricity needs to be considered by PT. PLN (Persero). 65% of the total customers of PLN Rayon Babelan are household customers. And the main problem that became a former PLN Babelan Rayon is losses, especifically the non-technical losses caused by violations of electricity usage.
To see the error in electricity usage, a research was carried out by installing a kWh meter at the load point. The results of this study are used to determine errors made by customers without having to check at the customer's location.}
