This Tesis discusses about analysis of the calculation of the potensial of sea wave power conversion by utilizing Oscilating Water Column system in Kendari. It is very important to choose the location that the topography allows the accumulation of energy. At the writing of this Thesis chose the territorial waters of Kendari, because based on data obtained from the Meteorology and Geophysics, the territorial waters of Kendari most potential in the utilization of ocean waves into electrical energy, which can reach a height of 4m waves. With using method of Oscilating Water Column because it has many advantages such as environmentally friendly, source of infinite energy, and others compared to other systems and in accordance with the Indonesian coastal marine areas. Power calculation results obtained from the smallest power that can be generated is equal to 348,58 Watts while the greatest power that can be generated is equal to 1.086.414 Watt Application of Oscilating Water Column system in the territorial waters of Kendari with 11,917% efficiency.} }
