		abstract={Proposal submission process, proposal assessment and data management P2M in LPPM are processes manually. This causes frequent writing errors when creating a document recapitulation. This study was done to improve the processes are still manual in LPPM STT-PLN. Proposal submission process, assessment and data management P2M proposal that is manually converted into a computerized system so that it can minimize the error rate. This Web-based application designed using the Waterfall method as the system used to develop software. The data collection was done by interviews with staff LPPM and literature studies. In the process of selecting the proposals applied to the weighting method SAW (Simple Additive weighting) to get the best alternative among the alternatives provided. The results of this study mention that these applications can help performance LPPM in the process of data management P2M, recapitulation P2M, P2M proposal selection phase up to the announcement of the proposals that passed}
