		abstract={The Submission Petition of Certificate Legalization, Letter of Good Behavior and Approval Session of the Administrative Section of Academic and Student Affairs (BAAK) can already be submitted using the Student Service application, but the processing is still done manually for approximately seven days. If the application legalization, Letter of Good Behavior and Approval Session process has been completed, the students can take directly the result of the request to the Administrative Section of Academic and Student Affairs (BAAK).
This study was done to solve the problem, namely that the processing of the application by the students can be computerized with web-based applications by Student Services. The design of this application development using User Centered Design (UCD), which puts the user at the center of a system development process. The data collection is done by means of interviews, questionnaires and literature study.
The expected outcome of this research is the realization of an application for filing and processing applications as well as the students received the results of the submission that has been processed in real time}
