		abstract={Cold coating is an addition of layers on objects such as compressor blades. In general, this cold coating serves to protect a compressor blades from corrosion thereby cold coating can make the air axial flow to be perfect. After turbine gas is in operation for a long time there will be dirt, gram, and chemical on the compressor blades so that it becomes a problem on the compressor blades. This problem occurs due to poor filtering, resulting in impurities, grams, and chemicals entering and attaching to compressor blades that cause corrosion, to remove corrosion by using sandblasting process, and to prevent or slow corrosion by means of repair Using cold coating hicoat a08. With this repair process, dirt, gram, incoming chemicals will not stick to the compressor blades, so the axial flow becomes perfect and the air pressure works optimally. This study aims to extend the life of compressor blades. The scope of this study only examines how to remove corrosion and repair process on compressor blades by using cold coating hicoat a08. The methodology used in this research is the Method of Study of literature, Interview Method, Field Study Method.}
