Aims to know the flow of the installation itself, calculate the capacity and load on the transformer own use. PLTP is a power plant that uses the power of geothermal steam as a source of energy to build turbines. The electrical system for its own use serves to supply the electricity required for the installation of its own use, either in operational or non-operating conditions. The self-use installations work when the power plant is off or disturbing and when the main equipment at the plant wants to start the power supply is required to run the first auxiliary equipment, the power supply can be obtained from the transformer itself taken from the interconnection network. The method used in this research is quantitative. It is known that the total load capacity supplied by T23 is 884.3 kVA at load one and 446.3 at load two. As for the capacity of the transformer capacity T23 obtained value of 1663.1 kVA, then used transformer with a capacity of 1.75 MVA, because the possibility of additional load and start the motor requires a larger transformer capacity. For the transformer T22 obtained total supply load of 1882.3 kVA, while for the capacity of the transformer T22 obtained value of 2352.8 kVA then used a transformer with a capacity of 4 MVA, because the possibility of adding the load and start the motor requires a larger transformer capacity. So, capacity total ofT22 is added betwen T23 and loaded of T22. So, capacity is 4 MVA is used for suply some loads of PLTP Kamojang.} }
