		abstract={Dossier is a collection files about data employees from applying until assigned as employee at the company. The system of employees dossier archive management at PT. PLN (Persero) Suluttenggo region are not managed as well. Caused there is no temporary data storage to store the data, so the data can not be misiing or damaged. Therefore the writer make a software that can store the data. In this research the writer used extreme programming model. In a extreme programming model include planning, design, coding and testing. The result of implementation using extreme programming model to increase software quality and responsive to change of user needs.}
