		abstract={The use of an underground cable system in urban areas will keep the aesthetics of the city. Besides being environmentally friendly, the use of underground cable systems is also not easy to experience weather disturbances and safe from the reach of animals and humans. However, from various cases of underground duct problems, one of them is caused by Partial Discharge. Partial Discharge or commonly referred to as the release of the charge is the failure of insulation on the cable due to damage to the insulation or accessories on the cable. Based on the results of determining the location of the PD can be used as a reference to determine the location of the point of interference. With the Oscillating Wave Test System method can accelerate in the process of locating the location of the disturbance point. The data of PD measurement before and after the cable assessment will be different. After the cable assessment is done, the PD value will decrease. PD condition on cable is said to be in good condition if PD value <200 pC.}
