		abstract={The high value of side barriers on a road section will cause a decrease in road performance. The magnitude of side barriers is very influential on the capacity of the road section and vehicle speed. The research conducted is in the form of a traffic volume survey (LHR) to see the level of vehicle density, then a side obstacle survey to see the magnitude of the effect of interference and a momentary speed survey both disturbed and undisturbed by side obstacles. The study was conducted at the intersection of Jl. Taman Semanan Indah. Therefore this Thesis was taken aiming to analyze the performance of unsignalized intersections on one of the roads in the capital Jakarta, namely at the Taman Semanan Indah Road intersection in West Jakarta by providing alternative solutions to problems using the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997. Observations were made on Monday to Sunday at 06.00-07.00, 12.00-13.00 and 17.00-18.00. The results of the Job Assessment data analysis obtained the highest degree of saturation (DJ) value of 1.6 into the service level category F.}
