Concrete mixture consists of cement, sand, gravel, water and other added ingredients with certain comparisons. The use of concrete mixtures can be replaced with other materials that qualify as concrete mixtures. In addition, many waste products in the community are not fully utilized. Especially the waste of blood clam shells and bagasse ash. This study aims to determine the effect of blood clam shell waste, bagasse ash, and superplasticizer on the strength of concrete. The sample used is cylindrical. The planned concrete quality f'c 24.90 MPa (K-300) with the substitution of blood clam shell waste as much as 1% of the weight of gravel, bagasse ash with variations of 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15% of the weight of cement and the addition of a superplasticizer of 0.6% of the weight of the binder. From the research obtained a strong result of normal concrete press at the age of 28 days by 25,276 Mpa with the slump value of 9,7 cm and absorption of 0,301%. The highest compressive strength was found in the variation AAT 10% + CK 1% + SP 0,6 % of 27,315 MPa with the slump value of 9 cm and absorption of 0,384%.} }
