This research was conducted on the construction project of runway 3 section 1 Soekarno-Hatta Airport by PT. PP (Persero) Tbk., as well as obstacles in it?s application. In this study using data obtained through a questionnaire /
questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 55 people. From the results of the questionnaire the data is processed with a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate the level of implementation of the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system to the contractor's performance level of 26.2%. And the obstacle in implementing ISO 9001: 2015 is the lack of socialization regarding ISO.}
