This caused control-control valve around the area of the leakage cannot transmits the signals that resulted the Trip Unit or in this case could occur fatal damage to the equipment. In the tube supply gland seal steam which failures in the form of creep that occurs in the area around the elbow that resulted in the tube in the elbow area are not able to restrain the steam pressure and caused the pipe broken and twisted. Given the importance of gland seal steam at the turbine that serves as a steam seal on the turbine, the author tested the material of tube supply gland seal steam with metallography testing, hardness testing (Vickers method), chemical composition analysis (spark oes), SEM, EDAX, and MAPPING where expected from the testing results can reveal the failure process.} }
