		abstract={Construction project management is the process of applying management functions systematically to a project by using existing resources effectively and efficiently. Project time or commonly called project age is one of the project attributes that is very important in project management. Failure to manage project time will result in project completion that is not timely (project delay). Delay in construction projects is the completion of work agreed in the contract implementation document. Piles are the foundation of a building. Pile foundation is a part of construction made of wood, concrete, or steel, which is used to support buildings when a strong layer of soil is located very deep. In this writing, the pile to be discussed is the concrete pile.
The results of this study found several factors causing delays in the work of this design namely damage to the equipment, man power, weather, material delays and pressure testing. In this paper also discusses the actions taken in overcoming all obstacles that occur. As from the initial plan, this work has been delayed for 20 days from the initial schedule.}
