		abstract={Process of leasing land and container Depo Eks Unggul still carried out conventionally. Customers who want to conduct transactions must submit the container. Land leasing calculations done manually requires a long time. The result of the process of leasing land not their penalty rate every customer delays in making container Depo Eks Unggul Superior so the occurrence of some deficiencies. The study was conducted to improve the process of calculating the rental system. The selection process as is conventional: the letter until the results of calculations container rental, converted into computerized or Depobased Web applications. Depo Application Rate Determination denggan Fines created using the Waterfall method as a software development system. The data collection is done by observation, interview, and literature study. In the process of calculating the fines applied to the system is by using Tsukamoto Fuzzy method to determine the best alternative. The study says that the Penalty Rate Determination Application Consequences can help customers and employees Depo Eks Unggul Superior in the transaction process, up to the calculation of the rent and can shorten and streamline the process of fare calculation of fines consequences on land leasing Container Depo.}
