The rough structure returns to an elongated structure due to the grinding effect. Grain grains grow quickly until the lower limit of recrystallization temperature is reached. In this study who want to learn is the nature of the form of steel after passing through the process pengerollan heat. The heat shrinking process was carried out on tri-laterite steel 2. The 25% reduction variation, with a mean value of 255 BHN hardness, 50% reduction with a mean hardness of 277.16 BHN, and a 75% reduction with an average rating of 332.73 BHN. In this research, mechanical testing is tensile test, Brinell hardness test and metallographic test. The results of this study indicate that the greater the reduction provided the more the value of hardness and tensile strength of steel. The value of tensile strength resulting from each reduction is different, for a 25% reduction with a tensile strength value of 662 (N / mm2), a 50% reduction having a value of 677 (N / mm2), and a 75% reduction having a tensile strength value of 868 (N / mm2 ).} }
