		abstract={PLTGU is a gas and steam power plant which is a combination of PLTG and PLTU. The efficiency of PLTGU is higher than other power plants. Boiler HRSG is an important part of PLTGU. Where the HRSG boiler is very useful to improve the efficiency (efficiency) of fuel used in gas turbine units, which will then drive the steam turbine unit. Heat Recovery Steam Generator consists of several important elements one of which is evaporator. For that in the writing will be tested against Tube Evaporator material. By means of hardness testing which aims to find out the hardness value of Tube Evaporator (in this case using rockwell method) with ASTM E18 standard, for this test is taken 5 sample point with the result of the mean value 85,0 HRB, metallographic test which aim to knowing the mechanical properties in the specimens which can be viewed through the ERA standard with various magnifications to know the microstructure, in this test it undergoes alloy shape changes so that it undergoes phase-effect transformation as well as there are various structures including ferrite and pearlite, and chemical composition testing to know chemical elements with the comparison of standard ASME II SA106 Grade A material, from the elements of the material there are characteristic properties that have advantages of good ductility properties}
