		abstract={Waste is a problem faced by Kepulauan Seribu Jakarta, because waste itself can harm the community in terms of aesthetics, environmental cleanliness, health and other social impacts. The increase in population growth rate is one of the factors increasing the volume of waste. The purpose of this study is to find out how to utilize the existing waste in Kepulauan Seribu to be used as fuel for power plant, waste will be processed into pellets where the waste has gone through the process of peuyeumization to increase the heat value of the waste. The results of the laboratory show that the heat produced by waste pellets is 3,802 Kcal Kg equivalent to soft coal, in the results of research conducted on Kepulauan Seribu where the total power demand in Kepulauan Seribu is 2,506 MW so that a generator with a capacity of 3 MW can meet the power requirements. From the research results which the waste pellets power plant compared with the PLN network that previously existed in Kepulauan Seribu got good losses results where 45.7 kW and 91.6 kW and smaller voltage drops of 0.65% and 0.81%. In terms of the operational and financial analysis of waste pellets power plants is feasible to be built on Kepulauan Seribu.}
