This system uses rankine cycle which uses High Pressure steams as its main source. The high pressure steam streamed to Steam turbine coupled with generator to generate power. A thorough analysis of turbine performance is needed for us to know the efficiency of the steam powered power plant and to know the factors affecting the steam turbine. In this particular case, author using the heat balance equation to determine steam turbine performance. The Analysis is exerted by comparing extraction of turbine and vacuum condenser performance with turbine performance before and after overhaul also calculating heat drop in each turbine and its effect on turbine performance in Banten 3 Lontar steam powered power plant. Rising steam turbine performance at each stage after doing the overhaul , the HP turbine from the previous 91 % rising to 92 % , in the IP turbine which was originally 89 % rising to 90 % , then in the LP turbine which previously 94,3 % rising to 94 ,7 %.} }
