For this reason, it is necessary to have a water filling controller that can automatically monitor and control water filling. Therefore, a device in the form of a prototype as a water controller and monitor is designed with water control whose limits can be changed with a maximum limit from 5 cm to 9 cm and a minimum limit of 20 cm via a smartphone. This device consists of several components, namely Arduino as a microcontroller, HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor as a measure of the distance between the sensor and the water surface with 0,5 second delay to read the distance, a Bluetooth module as a medium for connecting the device to a smartphone, a relay as an automatic switch on a water pump, and a water pump to pump water into bucket. . The results of this study indicate that the water filling controller will monitor the water level and control the water filling with a changeable maximum fill limit.} }
